I live, work, and create in New York City. I started my career in customer-facing roles in both financial services and e-commerce industries. In my current role as a Product Manager, I leverage my skills in research, problem solving, analyzing data, and understanding customer experiences to help build great products.

In my spare time, I love reading from my never ending book list, drinking tea, writing, photography, traveling, and volunteering. You can usually find me with a book in my hand or my camera.

Generate feedback from product use. Measure success of product using defined KPIs. Look for ways to iterate and improve upon product.
